TX-RAMP Compliance

⚠️ Status Update

Upsun’s TX-RAMP Level 2 certification expired on April 11, 2026 and is not being renewed as part of our current compliance strategy.

We continue to maintain a strong security and compliance posture through globally recognized frameworks, including:

• ISO/IEC 27001
• SOC 2 Type II
• PCI DSS Level 1 (where applicable)
• Privacy and regulatory alignments (GDPR, PIPEDA etc)

📘 TX-RAMP Certification Overview

Upsun (formerly Platform.sh) achieved TX-RAMP Level 2 certification on April 11, 2023, enabling support for eligible Texas state agency and public sector workloads within our US-4 region.

TX-RAMP workloads were operated in accordance with required security and compliance controls, aligned with state-specific regulatory expectations.

Following a strategic review of our customer base, geographic priorities, and long-term compliance roadmap, Upsun has elected not to renew TX-RAMP certification upon its expiration.

• No impact to core platform security, availability, or data protection capabilities
• Upsun continues to operate a robust, enterprise-grade security program aligned with leading international standards
• Customers with TX-RAMP-specific requirements should review their needs with their Upsun account team
• Alternative compliance frameworks and deployment options may be available depending on use case
