Model usage is separate: you pay your model provider directly, at their prices, with no markup from us. Your total cost depends on both agent runtime and the models you choose.

You set a limit. Upsun Dispatch shows you exactly where the money goes - every cost is tied to the run, workflow, and team that generated it. When you hit your limit, nothing new starts, and work already running is allowed to finish.

Spending limits are set on your prepaid balance, and one balance can be shared across multiple organizations.

Yes. Every new organization starts on Free automatically, with no credit card and no trial countdown. You get 20 agent-minutes per day, resetting at midnight UTC. When the day's minutes run out, running work finishes; new runs wait for midnight.

Good to know: Free costs nothing from Upsun. The daily minutes cover the time agents spend running in Upsun Dispatch. Model usage is separate: it runs on your own model provider API key, and your provider bills you directly for it.

Yes. You bring your own model provider API key - Anthropic or OpenAI at launch; Dispatch runs the work. Upsun charges for agent time. Your model provider charges for model usage, on your own API key, with no markup from Upsun.

Usage is agent runtime: priced in agent-hours, measured to the second. An agent-minute is a minute of running agent time.

Several runs can happen at the same time. Each run's time counts separately.

While a run waits for a human decision at an approval gate, you are not billed. Waiting at a gate costs nothing.

In real customer runs, a typical code review takes about 2 minutes: about €0.06 in agent time and about €0.66 in model usage. Nine in ten runs cost less than €4.01 in model usage. Cost depends on your model provider and how much code the agent reads.

Your codebase will vary. Your usage view itemizes every run.

You purchase agent time in advance. Add funds, and agent time is deducted from your balance as your agents run. No subscription, no monthly fee. Funds are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Model usage is separate: your model provider bills you directly, using your own API key.

Nothing new starts until you top up. We notify you before your balance runs out, and you can add funds manually or turn on automatic top-ups. Work already running is allowed to finish, so your balance can dip below zero. The overrun appears in your usage view like every other cost, and your next top-up settles it. We would rather show you a small negative number than throw away your work.

When you upgrade, agent time is deducted from your prepaid balance, and the free daily 20 minutes no longer applies.

Free minutes never accumulate. Upgrading is permanent: a paid organization can't return to Free.

On Pay as you go, we do not use your content, inputs, or outputs to train AI models, unless you have given us prior consent, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Free works differently. In exchange for free agent time, Upsun may use content, inputs, outputs, and usage data from your Free usage to train AI models, as set out in our Service Specific Terms.

Upsun Dispatch supports USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, and AUD.

Upsun Cloud and Upsun Dispatch are separate products, each with its own pricing. Upsun Cloud charges for the infrastructure your applications run on. Upsun Dispatch charges for the time your AI agents spend running for you. You can use either product independently, or use them together.
