Upsun utilizes third-party subprocessors to perform operational, security, and infrastructure functions necessary for service delivery. To the extent these subprocessors access or process personal data, their involvement is governed by strict privacy obligations. We remain committed to full transparency and will issue prior notice of any proposed subprocessor changes pursuant to our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
